Gentle Heart Club™ is the consumer-facing brand of Pachita Press LLC. We create calm, thoughtful stationery and keepsake goods designed to feel grounding, beautiful, and quietly meaningful.
Who is Pachi?
Pachi is the gentle companion at the heart of Gentle Heart Club™. She is a real rescue cat from Kauai whose quiet presence helped shape the feeling and visual world of the brand.
What kinds of products do you offer?
Our launch collection includes a hardcover journal, a sticker sheet, and occasional bundled offerings. Each piece is designed with a calm, refined, collectible feel.
Are your products made to order?
Many of our products are made to order in small quantities through our production partners. This helps us launch thoughtfully and avoid excess inventory.
How long will my order take to ship?
Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment. Shipping timelines can vary by item and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a production issue, please contact us and we will review the next step with care.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and help with the next step.
Are colors on screen always exact?
We do our best to present colors as accurately as possible, but slight variation may happen from screen to screen and from print to print.
Are your stickers waterproof?

Can I send an order as a gift?
