Because many Gentle Heart Club™ items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at gentleheartclub.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If a replacement or refund is appropriate, we will guide you through the next step.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return addresses may vary depending on the fulfillment partner, and unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Gentle Heart Club does not accept returns sent to the listed business address.
We do our best to present colors and details accurately, but slight variation may occur due to screen settings and print production.
